Thomas Herrmann, First Selectman
Tom is a 25-year Easton resident, with a long
and diverse background of service to the town.
He currently sits on both the Board of Finance
and the Region 9 Board of Education Financial
Oversight Committee. Previously, he was a member
of the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Affordable
Housing Task Force, and the Senior Tax Relief
Study Committee. Tom's successful business background
operating diverse companies brings an added benefit
to his candidacy. He is currently a managing director
at Stanwich Partners, a Wilton-based investment
firm. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard University
and received his undergraduate degree from the
University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Tom's
commitment to Easton extends to its local civic
organizations including the Exchange Club of Easton
and the Boy Scouts. He and his wife, Hove, have
two sons: the elder a college student and the
younger a student at Joel Barlow High School.

Scott Centrella, Selectman
A practicing litigation attorney and expert in
employment law, Scott is completing his first
two-year term on the Board of Selectmen. As a
former member of the Planning & Zoning and Conservation
commissions, Scott is well versed on many of the
land-use and preservation issues that continue
to confront Easton. Scott is a graduate of Fairfield
University and University of Connecticut Law School
and has been active in various civic organizations
including the Easton Exchange Club. He and his
wife, Carlie, have lived in Easton for almost
25 years and have two children.

Derek Buckley, Town
Clerk
Derek has served Easton as its Town Clerk for three
two-year terms, during which he continued to share
his change management and technology expertise with
Town Hall. A former Penn Central Corporation executive,
Derek received his undergraduate and PhD degrees
from Leeds University in the United Kingdom. He
and his wife Val, the director of Easton's senior
center, have lived in town for more than 30 years.

John F. Campbell, Treasurer candidate
A resident of Easton for over 15 years, John is
currently a member of The Easton Pension and Benefits
Commission. Recently retired, he spend over 17
years at The McGraw-Hill Companies where he was
responsible for monitoring trust activity for
all pension plans as well as 401K /Profit Sharing
plans and VEBA long-term disability programs.
Prior to that, John spent 18 years with Chase
Manhattan Bank as Vice President for Pension Trust
and Securities Services in New York City. He is
also past president of Pensions Group East, an
association of corporate and public retirement
sponsors.
Married to Cecelia, the Campbell's have two children,
Charlotte and Duncan, who attend Easton schools.
John is a member of The Easton Lions Club and
a former two-term past president. Additionally,
he served in the U.S. Army where he was an Infantry
Officer and Rifle Platoon Leader.

Patrice Hildenbrand,
Tax Collector
The Easton Tax Collector since 1996, Pat has achieved
an exemplary collection rate of over 99%. Pat is
a Certified Connecticut Municipal Collector, a member
of the Connecticut Tax Collectors' Association and
the Secretary of the Fairfield County Tax Collectors'
Association. A life-long Easton resident, Pat attended
all its schools and graduated from Villanova University.

Andrew Kachele, Board
of Finance
Andy has served on the Board of Finance since 1988
and is currently its chairman. He is a member of
the Board of Trustees of the Staples Free School
Fund as well as a Justice of the Peace and a former
member of the Library/Town Hall Building Committee.
He is a life-long Eastonite and holds a BA in Economics
from Yale. Andy is the vice president of purchasing
for Unimin Corporation, the international mining
company. He and his wife, Karen, have two grown
sons who attended Easton public schools. |

Salvatore Tartaglione,
Board of Finance
Appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board of Finance
more than a year ago, Sal is running for election
to a full six-year term on the Board. He formerly
served on the Pension Board and works as an investment
strategist with Wachovia Wealth Management Trust.
Sal received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Massachusetts and his MBA from Pace University.

Glenn Maiorano, Board
of Education
Glenn is seeking re-election to another six-year
term on the Board of Education. He is a graduate
of SUNY Cortland and is currently vice president
of sales and marketing for Entrepreneur Media. He
and his wife, Liz, have four children ranging from
college to elementary school age. |

Donald Calvert, Board
of Assessment Appeals
Don Calvert is seeking re-election to the Board
of Assessment Appeals for another 6 year term. A
financial executive, he is currently tax director
- mergers and acquisitions for General Electric.
He graduated from Southwest Missouri State and holds
an MBA from Bellarmine University. Don and his wife,
Lisa, have two sons who attend Easton schools. |

Charles Lynch, Zoning
Board of Appeal
Currently serving as an alternate on the Zoning
Board of Appeals, Charlie is running for a seat.
He graduated from Pratt Institute and holds a master's
degree in mechanical engineering from the New Jersey
Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University
of New Haven. Charlie is the former president of
and remains active with the Easton Lions Club. He
and his wife, Kris, are 40-year Easton residents
and are the parents of four grown children, all
of whom attended Easton schools. |

Gail Gay, Library
Director
A very active volunteer for the Friends of the Easton
Library, Gail has helped raise tens of thousands
of dollars as chair of the group's semi-annual used
book sales. She is a graduate of the University
of Rhode Island and has two children. |

Thomas Logie, Region
9 Board of Education
Himself a Joel Barlow graduate, Tom went on to receive
his undergraduate engineering degree from Syracuse
University and an MBA from Tulane. He served on
the Easton/Redding Public School Strategic Planning
Committee and is currently co-founder and director
of research for Global Investment Research Inc.
Tom and his wife Jane's two daughters attend Easton

Tony Neidenbach, Region
9 Board of Education
An active Easton volunteer, Tony has served Easton's
youth in various positions, including Joel Barlow
High School Advocacy Group and the Easton Internet
Safety Taskforce Committee. Currently retired after
a career in digital communications, he is a graduate
of the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism.
Tony and his wife, Ann, have two children, the elder
of whom attends Joel Barlow. |
