Pompa - Board of Finance (two-year
term)

Mark served as an alternate
on the Board of Finance from March 2007
until his appointment, in November 2007,
to fill the seat vacated when Tom Herrmann
was elected First Selectman. As the only
CPA on the Board of Finance, Mark brings
unique business and financial credentials
to the town.
Mark is the chief
financial officer and executive vice president
of EMCOR Group, a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure
and construction and facilities services
company headquartered in Norwalk. Previously,
he worked in public accounting for Arthur
Andersen. Mark received a bachelors of business
administration degree from Pace University
and is a certified public accountant in
the state of Connecticut. He coaches within
the Aspetuck Wildcat's football program,
and he and his wife, Jane, have been active
supporters and participants of many community
and civic endeavors. Easton residents for
11 years, all three of their children have
attended Easton public schools.

Christine Calvert -
Board of Finance (six-year term)

An Easton resident
for eleven years, Christine is currently
employed by the Easton Board of Education,
working as a recess supervisor and substitute
teacher at Samuel Staples Elementary school.
Previously, she was controller of Oceana
Petrochemicals, an international commodities
trading firm, for eleven years. Her duties
included financial reporting, payroll, accounts
payable and receivable, and managing corporate
budget, taxes, audits and benefits programs.
She is an active in local organizations
including Easton Girl Scouts and Easton
AYSO soccer.
A graduate of Hofstra
University with a degree in business administration
and accounting, Christine holds master's
degrees in both finance and accounting from
Adelphi University. She and her husband,
Shannon, have three children who all attend
Easton public schools.

Christian
Griffin - Board
of Finance (six-year term)

is relatively new to Easton, I am very eager
to make a contribution to the community.

on the Board of Finance, and to represent
the interests of all residents of our community."

Chris is a financial
advisor to high net-worth individuals, with
expertise in credit, lending and wealth
management, as well as in portfolio management
and charitable giving. Currently a vice
president, wealth manager for J.P. Morgan
Chase, Chris previously worked at Bernstein
Global Wealth Management.
He received a degree
in business administration from Central
Connecticut State University. Chris is a
volunteer coach for local children's sports
teams. He and his wife Dyan, a pediatrician,
have two daughters who attend Samuel Staples
Elementary School.
